After I review your inquiry, I will contact you by phone or email to learn more about what happened. If your matter is one I may be able to help with, we will schedule a **free initial consultation**. I prefer to meet with clients **in person at my office** whenever practical. I find that face-to-face meetings usually allow for better communication and a more complete discussion of the case. Phone and video consultations are also available when needed. During the consultation, I will explain: * what your options may be; * what the legal process may involve; and * what I think you should know before deciding how to move forward. I do not pressure anyone into a case. If I am not the right attorney for your situation, I will tell you directly. Where I can, I will also point you toward someone who may be a better fit. The initial consultation is always free. I work on a contingency fee, which means there is **no attorney’s fee unless there is a recovery**.
